Refund policy
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
Due to the custom nature of our business, refunds may only be approved on a case by case basis. We strive to put forth the highest quality product and hope that you are thrilled with your order. If there is an issue, we will do our best to address it, however any return or refund will be at the sole discretion of Timberware management.
What if my item is damaged?
We pay extreme attention to detail and aim to deliver a perfect product every time. For local pick up, please look over your item to ensure its perfection before leaving the shop. Clients are responsible for the handling, safe-transport, and care of furniture including loading and unloading, the packing and unpacking of a product, as well as any necessary assembly or disassembly. We will of course, help you load your vehicle, but are not liable for any damage incurred in doing so.
For shipped orders, we recommend paying for the full coverage insurance as there are no returns on shipped items.
Can I cancel my order?
There are no cancellations on custom orders. For stocked orders, there are no cancellations once a product has shipped. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, there will be no refunds.
Sale or Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges or repairs will be handled on a case by case basis. We only replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nsmetalcrafting.co.uk. You will be responsible for returning (at your own cost) the item to its source of origin(store, workshop, showroom). Accepting a product for exchange or repair is at the sole discretion of NSMC management.
